Cancellation Policy

Please read this booking policy before making a booking. Cancellations before 7 days of your booking will be permitted for a no cancellation fee. Cancellations less than 7 days in advance will be subject to a charge of $220 per guest. A change in number of guests less than 72 hours prior to the reservation will incur a 50% fee for each cancelled guest. A non-refundable deposit of $300.00 will be required to secure your booking for the service. Please be advised that all reservations must be made at least 7 days prior. Medium sized parties of more than 10 people must be made 10 days prior. If no parking space is allocated at the premise, an additional charge for parking space of $40.00 will apply. Please note that a surcharge of 10% applies on all Public Holidays.
