Q. What do we need to provide?
A location with a kitchen, storage space in the fridge, and appropriate glasses for your preferred beverages such as wine, sake, or beer. We will take care of the rest, including the provision of tableware, chopsticks, spoons, and napkins.

Q. Do you offer wine/sake pairings?
We are strictly BYO at this time, however Chef will be happy to recommended bottles that may pair well with your course upon request.

Q. How long is your service?
Service will usually be approximately 2 1/2 - 3 hours. However, we can work around your needs. Just let us know a few days prior to the reservation if you prefer a quicker/ longer service.

Q. Do you offer your service outside of Melbourne Metropolitan area?

Q. Is the menu price all-inclusive?
Yes. Our menu price is all-inclusive of ingredients, preparation, service,
tableware and full clean-up.
Additional fees apply only for travel beyond 25km from Caulfield South,
Public Holiday (10%) surcharges, and CBD parking where a space cannot be provided.

Q. Do you have a booking policy?
Yes we do.
Please read our booking policy before making a reservation.
A non-refundable deposit of $300 is required to secure all bookings.
For larger events (12 guests or more), a non-refundable deposit of $1,000 is required.
Cancellations made more than 10 days before the booking date will forfeit the deposit only.
Cancellations made within 10 days of the booking date will incur a charge of $240 per guest.
Changes in guest numbers made within 72 hours of the reservation will incur a 50% charge for each cancelled guest.
Same-day cancellations or reductions in guest numbers will incur a 100% charge of the total booking amount.
For bookings in the Melbourne CBD or surrounding inner-city areas without allocated parking, a $40 parking fee may apply.
Please note that a 10% surcharge applies on all Public Holidays.
