How It Works
1. We arrive 90–120 minutes before your booking time for setup.
2. Each course is prepared and served on-site by Chef Kobayashi.
3. We handle all clean-up for a seamless and effortless dining experience.
We bring all plates, utensils and tableware required for the service.
All preparation, plating and serving are done on-site.
