With over 300 private dining experiences and more than 22 years of culinary experience, Chef Maro Kobayashi has worked in renowned restaurants across Japan, New York and Melbourne, including Michelin-starred Japanese restaurants and serving as Sous Chef at a two-Michelin-starred restaurant in New York.
